Chicagoland ERA’s rep “swap meets” of ideas and advice continue in September with a round table discussion focused on how rep firms make the critical line choices that are “just right” for each firm. How do you seek out and evaluate prospective principals and their products to find the ideal matches for your customer base, your existing line card and your pursuit of emerging markets? Join your fellow reps to brainstorm and exchange your best practices that focus on:
- Evaluating your existing line portfolio and customer base to identify the gaps to be filled;
- Developing and/or updating your firm’s specific criteria to assess prospective new lines; and
- Making choices that ultimately benefit your multiple-line sales synergy and your bottom line.
